I'm honestly really excited to see how this continues going forward. Rare case of an ongoing series where I honestly don't have much of an idea of how the future might look.

Love manifests in many forms, and those forms may not always line up on both ends. Sometimes it will be romantic, sometimes it won't. Maybe it could become that someday, but it doesn't need to. The deepest bonds are the ones that stay strong regardless of how your loves line up.

On the other, this is a story about the nature of our bonds with other people. It's a story about love, jealousy, holding ourselves back. It's a story about feelings misaligning between people who are special to each other. It's a story about romance that declares it to not be the be-all-end-all.

On one hand, this is a story about the masks we wear for other people, why we wear them, and the truths that exist both beneath and within them. It's a story about becoming who you want to be by acting as who you want to be.

This is a rather fun yuri, honestly. The dichotomy going on between the Class S yuri the cast acts out for their jobs and the actual messy romance web behind the scenes is particularly fascinating, especially in the ways they interweave unavoidably, despite everyone's best efforts.

Speaking as a (biased) localizer, this is legit one of the beautiful things about loc when it's done later, rather than simultaneously. You have time to figure out stuff like, "Oh, every chest has a separate 'it's closed' message rather than a universal one" and can tune your work accordingly.
