Terrible! How is starving US science consistent with any kind of meaningful policy goal?

RNA Binding Proteins (RBPs) are often full of intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs), but what these regions do during RNA recognition is often unclear. 1/10

Here, we propose to measure the concentration of aerosolized particles of love.
We will use a novel detector sensitive to 1 ppm and calibrated to a wide dynamic range.
Our work seeks to definitively establish whether, indeed, as long-speculated, love is in the air today.

It took some doing, but I finally finished it: the coolest mirror on the planet!
(Sorry @esawebb.org.web.brid.gy, hanging out at a Lagrange point is a disqualifier, I don't make the rules)

This just in. So honored and grateful...
Would you feel comfortable sharing your biosketch (I could also email you my work-in-progress document)? I'm at the gathering-ideas phase right now, and am not entirely sure what's permitted vs not...
I have the same question: The instructions says "There is no specific format for referencing the products in this section" and then also says "Do not provide citations on the NIH Biographical Sketch Supplement." π΅βπ« #confused
I'm particularly unclear about how to cite papers in the "Contributions to Science" section. Any ideas, @ernstlaboratory.bsky.social or others?
Are any of you happy with how your ScienCV-generated biosketch looks? I'm not quite satisfied with mine (formatting, flow, etc), and would love to look at other examples for customization ideas! Please message me if you'd be willing to swap biosketches (confidentially, of course)!
Oh wow, I didn't realize that that was the name of the restaurant! I thought you were just naming an item on the menu! π
Thanks! Which restaurant?
Wait where?!?
Love to see insights arising from unique and fascinating analyses of existing massive datasets! π
Credit where credit is due! NCBI helpdesk replied a week after my initial request, and merged my two accounts. I can now make my ScienCV Biosketch!
