I honestly super respect the guys who do fan subs of anime for having next level wizardry for subtitles. I am watching Silver Spoon and them managing to completely replace written text in the anime with English and it's seamless is insane
(Left) Director Callistus Clay (My OC): one of the main antagonists for my space game campaign, this is what he looked like when he was 23 when he was a science university student (Right) Ella-May (Pan's OC): Clay's wife, who dies tragically and is who Clay wants to bring back to life, this is what she looked like when she was 20 and was a barista he'd see regularly
Director Clay and his wife Ella-May back when they first met...things were so nice for them back then π₯Ίβπ€

Honestly watching Movies and TV Shows kinda peaked at watching them on a 3ds at 3 AM
A bust-up icon of Vira, a deathly pale person with blue eyes, prominent scarring on their neck, and uneven black hair. They look off to the side, uncertain.
A doodle page of Vira. He wears a much more curious expression here, and his tail swishes out from behind him. A couple doodles portray him with cat ears to exemplify how he has the untrusting personality of an ornery stray cat.

Hey Y'all I'm guesting on Hime's channel we're playing Gallows Corner!
Here's a sketch of 2B I did last night:

I finally understand the Cube
A page filled with lines and spirals. TEXT: "2. Lines and spirals The spirals in particular you want to be big and pronounced, to encourage you to draw from the shoulder. A trick I learned from my bullet journaling days is to push your pen away from you for neat straight lines, and pull your pen towards you for neat curves. (not that warm-ups should be neat... Even these are simplified for readability.)"
A page featuring dots connected by lines, and a single loose figure drawing. TEXT: "3. Mix and Match I'm usually ready to go after 5-10 minutes of scribbling, but if I'm not, I'll pick one of these to finish off my warmups, depending on the art I plan to make when I'm done. a) figure drawing -helps with anatomy/posing for character drawing -I go on line of action and do ten 30-second poses b) connect the dots -draw two dots and connect them with a line -helps with angles and precision--great for background prep there are TONS of options for warm-ups though. Dig around through tutorials and see what you like!"
A 20-minute drawing of Jamil Viper from Twisted Wonderland. TEXT: "4. TIMED DRAWING This is 100% optional. I just do it for morale--as a little treat. I like making fanart or gifts as timed drawings before I start work for the day. ~20 min (I aim for between 10 and 30) ((Everyone say hi to Jamil))"
A doodle of Cin happily waving off the viewer. TEXT: "AND THAT'S IT! Thanks for reading! Happy warming up! Be sure to stretch!"
[2/2] a comic about warming up
A simple drawing of Cin holding out two peace signs and smiling at the viewer. TEXT: "how I warm up for drawing (me specifically) ((but perhaps you will find it helpful too :) )) by cinappses"
A comic about warming up. TEXT: Prelude: What even is a warm up, man Panel 1 - Cin stares at a blue-tinted png of the Mona Lisa, awed. TEXT: "In my many years on the internet, I've seen countless pieces of art tagged 'warmup' that are, like, the prettiest pieces I've ever seen." CIN: uwaa... Panel 2- Cin sits at his desk, gripping his wrist in pain. TEXT: "For plenty of people, making full (but often stripped-back, in comparison to their usual work) pieces can be helpful. But when I tried it... I quickly grew frustrated." CIN: "ow... I barely drew anything good and my hand hurts!" PANEL 3 - A dark spiral leaks out from a timer, representing its incessant ticking as time presses on. TEXT: "What a lot of these are are 'timed drawings'. Which are all well and good... If you understand the purpose of them. The issue was, by pushing myself to make something 'good', I only ended up hurting myself." PANEL 4: A person prepares to go on a run. They stretch, check their shoes, and run out the door--but Cin only sees them once they're outside, and not while they're preparing. TEXT: "Think about it like a morning run. Before a person can run, they need to put on their running shoes and do a few stretches first. But when you go outside and see your neighbor jogging along, you don't see that prep. I had been looking at those timed drawings, those lovely warmup pieces, and assuming they were the beginning of the process... Rather than the end." CIN: "Incredible!"
A drawing of Cin gesturing to a list of principles that helped him shape his warm ups. TEXT: So! In an attempt to figure out what warm up style worked for me, I set some goals: 1. This warmup should serve to build strength and good habits. Not everything I make during my warmups will be post-worthy, and that's ok. 2. The exercise list should be short, but adaptable to suit my schedule and work needs. 3. I want to LIKE warming up, to ensure I do it every day. Remember, this is just what works for me!
A page filled with circles of various sizes. Some of them are cartoonishly rendered to look like bubbles. TEXT: "Here's what I came up with! 1. Circles and slimes The goal here is to loosen up your arm. Yes, ARM, not just your hand or wrist. You want to draw primarily from your shoulder and elbow! To facilitate this, begin with large, quick arcs and then work your way smaller. irregular shapes can become bubbles or slimes."

A comic panel of Malleus Draconia holding a controller. Above his head is a screenshot of a tumblr post by pokkin. Text: "Had a dream that markiplier was struck by lightning and imbued with electrical abilities. People were encouraging him to use his powers for good but he just went back to playing videogames. All the videos were about three minutes long because as soon as he got jumpscared there'd be a brilliant blue flash and he'd fry his computer." MALLEUS: "'Five Nights'? That's hardly any time at all. I feel I could blink and it would be gone. Children of man entertain themselves in such intriguing ways."
A comic panel. Lilia teleports behind Malleus, peering over his shoulder curiously. Malleus, pleased, beckons him closer. Lilia: "What are you up to, Malleus?" Malleus: "Ah, Lilia! Come, come. I was trying one of your games. A curious rabbit automaton seems to be paying me a visit."
A comic panel. Lilia, smiling vacantly, inquires further, but his question (and his speech bubble) are swallowed by Malleus shrieking after being jumpscared. The panel is bathed in brilliant blue light, and crackling electricity extends out from the offscreen Malleus. LILIA, cut off: "A what" MALLEUS: "AUGH"
