Even mere reference to Navalny in a positive or neutral way might be interpreted as "justification of terrorism" (up to 7 years in prison), while failure to turn in your friend to FSB for sympathizing with FBK will be the crime of "non-reporting" (1 year).
It doesn't matter that there is no evidence of FBK's involvement in anything even remotely resembling terrorism. Russian "anti-terrorism" laws are as vague as they are harsh. Any support for or association with FBK will become a crime with terms up to 20 years in prison.
Russia's Prosecutor General wants the Supreme Court to ban late Aleksei Navalny's Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) as a "terrorist organization". The decision has undoubtedly already been made in the Kremlin. Expect a new wave of reprisals against its supporters still in Russia.

А вчера пришла его книга. И хочу скорее прочитать, и в то же время страшно, оттого что это действительно последние его слова.
Поэтому он оказался настолько неуязвимым для Кремля: с ним не работали ни подкуп, ни "договорняки", ни запугивание. Остался только один вариант - физически изолировать и убить. Была ли эта его жертва напрасной, все ещё зависит от нас.
Уникальность Навального, как мне кажется, в том, что он никогда не просчитывал шаги, как все политики. Он просто делал то, что ему казалось важным в данный момент, даже если это было непопулярно, невыгодно или невозможно.
