I think the only part you can argue with is the word "stolen" but the money behind these things can rewrite the law so I don't really feel the need to split hairs on that one.
I'm sympathetic to left leaning techno optimists/pragmatists but like you gotta understand artists are rightfully incapable of being chill about a machine being used to devalue them that's made up of their colleagues' stolen work. You may see that framing as reductive but it's not wrong.

This is anecdotal of course but I see a lot of younger women/femmes at my day job reading books on their breaks, and being a lot more wary of social media (because the culture on and around it has gotten so toxic.)
