While I completely agree the risks of this approach are high, currently people with EHCPs don’t get the support they should anyways. If the proposed ISPs are matched with actual accountability measures, this at least could catch children earlier and not leave everyone at the mercy of an EHCP
And, tbf, trains have been better. Ther: been notable improvements across lots of lines on timeliness etc. but they haven’t communicated it well - getting lost in calling Britain broken and unfixable

Not even 9am. So far on Radio 6, the news bulletins have featured a mother saying her daughters aren't safe because of asylum seekers, a Tory politician lambasting Labour for crossing numbers & Badenoch encouraging councils to lodge legal challenges against hotels. An endless stream of hateful bile.
