Well, shoot. Sorry to hear! Iβll keep my ears open.
Holy shit this back and forth between Kagan/Alito/Jackson/&the SG.
Kagan: Doesn't your logic mean a whole raft of other agencies must be invalidated?
SG: Yes, but that's not being litigated right now
Kagan: So what?
Alito: What if we just want to say "but maybe don't apply our logic elsewhere?"
On one hand, I wish I had known about this device sooner. On the other, glad I donβt have to give it up since I never had it in the first place.
True story! Love woodworking. None of it close to YouTube worthy. π
I have a vanilla Minecraft server running in a container on an old Mac Mini. Works with both Java and Bedrock editions. Lets me play on my iMac in the same world as my toddlers on their tablets.
I have a pro account. Granted, my lumber options are limited in the middle of the desert.

Trump isnβt going to do anything to address ridiculous prices, but he will let you mortgage a house for 50 years!
His banker buddies will LOVE that. A $400,000 house will cost you a million dollars over 50 years.

I canβt believe they called prop 50 the moment polls closed. That tells you something. Most of these races were called within 45 minutes. Itβs a BLOWOUT, yβall. THAT is what we call a MANDATE.
BREAKING: Colorado voters approved a ballot measure that would raise state income taxes on higher-earning households to fund free meals for all public school students.

Could USDA have a heart and not punish grocers?
Yes. They could issue a waiver during the shutdown.
Are there other options?
States *might* be able to create their own waiver-like scenario, but Iβm not a lawyer.
Can grocers have different pricing for SNAP participants?
No, but sort of. They canβt have different pricing for purchases using snap funds. However, if a snap recipient is not paying with their snap funds, grocers can do what they want.
Letβs break this down. Is the notification real? Yes.

Congress has provided a contingency plan for SNAP to keep the program going for years in case of a shut down. The USDA sneakily took the plan down. Now blue states are suing to continue benefits for their constituents.
