States *might* be able to create their own waiver-like scenario, but I’m not a lawyer.
Can grocers have different pricing for SNAP participants?
No, but sort of. They can’t have different pricing for purchases using snap funds. However, if a snap recipient is not paying with their snap funds, grocers can do what they want.
