When will the Traitors cast all muppets and one human?
Meme depicting D.W. from the children's TV show, Arthur, looking at a sign, posted on a door, that says "people must be registered to vote if you want them to vote for you." The caption at the bottom of the image shows that D.W. saying "that sign won't stop me, because I can't read!"
On the same day, Scott Presler advocated for passage of the SAVE America Act, announced his campaign for Republican Committee of Beaver County, and committed to holding voter registration drivesβwhich will cease to exist if the SAVE America Act is passed.
The call is coming from inside the locker room.
How about we SAVE AMERICA from this ACT of blatant voter suppression?
You ever experience water pressure in a Hotel shower that is so good it makes you feel guilty?
When will the Traitors cast a muppet?

This means that today is a great day to thank Sen. Fetterman for opposing the SAVE Act last year & to encourage him to oppose the SAVE America Act this year!
Transcript of podcast interview with Mayor Corey O'Connor and Megan Harris on the Pittsburgh City Cast. Megan Harris: There was a line in your inauguration speech: βPublic safety isn't a statistic. It's a feeling you have when you walk down the street.β Have you heard the criticisms of that, and what do you say to people who worry about whose feelings youβre catering to? Mayor Corey O'Connor: I don't follow social media, but we can't rely only on statistics. When somebody's living next to a dilapidated house that the city owns β that's gonna fall on their house... Crosswalks that aren't being taken care of. Sidewalks that are cracked. People with disabilities who need wheelchair access, and we don't have curbs that accommodate them so now they're in the streets. Those are not statistics that will ever pop up. That's what we're talking about
Apparently the City of #Pittsburgh does not collect data on the state of our sidewalks, crosswalks, and curbcuts.
So, I guess our maintenance strategy is just... vibes?
Not surprising since the city dumped tons of snow onto curbcuts, trapping #disabled folks in their homes for 2-3 weeks.
the Barbara Kruger mural the chase is happening in front of reads:
"WHO IS BEYOND THE LAW? WHO IS BOUGHT AND SOLD? WHO IS FREE TO CHOOSE? WHO DOES THE TIME? WHO FOLLOWS ORDERS? WHO SALUTES LONGEST? WHO PRAYS LOUDEST? WHO DIES FIRST? WHO LAUGHS LAST?"
Yeah, I'll trust the Florida Department of Health when the publish some kind of methodology with their study results and guidance.
Love and respect to the PRT bus driver who got stuck halfway up a hill yesterday, paused for about 30 minutes, and slowly backed down.
Greg Bovino is a fucking bitch.
@coreyoconnorpa.bsky.social could you please follow WCAG and add alt-text to the images on your posts?
It's truly WILD when public officials with communications teams ignore the most basic #accessibility standards.
Police brutality and mass incarceration are public safety issues.
When will the experiences of my Black neighbors, who are deeply affected by these issues, be included in conversations around "public safety" in Pittsburgh?
The Allegheny County Jail consistently reports a disproportionately high mortality rateβin 2022, it was double the national average.
That is fucking terrifying.
Not only are Black people more likely to be stopped by police in Allegheny County, but they are also more likely to be frisk-searched, arrested, assigned bail, charged, convicted, and given longer sentences for the same offenses.
Pittsburgh is consistently ranked one of the most racially segregated cities in the United States, and our majority Black neighborhoods are heavily policed and surveilled.
Racial justice activists and community organizers have been talking about the detrimental impacts of overpolicing majority Black neighborhoods in Pittsburgh for decades.
And those feelings are based in factsβit actually makes Black people less safe in Pittsburgh.
Highly recommend playing Tacklebox while sitting on a large dining room table, so you can dangle your feet over the edge of the dock.
I'm not saying it doesn't exist, but I've never seen a MoCA Toolkit that uses a picture of a giraffe.
When you're a hater, the real treasure is the enemies you made along the way.
It may seem contradictory that the "food is medicine" crowd (derogatory) cut SNAP benefits, but their reasoning has always been based in shaming/blaming people.
It has never been about access to healthy food.
It has always been about punishing people for having the gall to live with a #disability.
Isn't the minus-one session just Groundhog Day?
Don't TTRPGs have to be at least one shot?
booo
But sitting Congress members get to invest in the industries they're responsible for regulatingβand often choose not to regulate, despite the detrimental effects on our communities.
This rule was not just limited to intercollegiate sports bettingβI was not permitted to bet on any amateur or professional sports that have an NCAA championship.
It was not limited to the sports that I did either. It included sports that women (like myself) do not even play in the NCAA.
