I always am thinking about questions like "how has the opening of the Omenpaths affected culinary practices across the multiverse?" or "As one of the dominant political forces how has Ravnican coffee been adopted by other planes?"

βHeβs been living in my garage since shortly after we shipped Dominaria in 2018, and heβs nothing like how we portray him in Magicβs story.β
My first article for @commanders-herald.bsky.social is up, in which I report a shocking piece of news* about one of Magic's most beloved classic characters. Give it a read!
Reading @seananmcguire.bsky.social's Omens of Chaos and being struck by how much planar world building she is giving us here, stuff that the lore fan in me has been desperately craving for ages.
The question I have is it a two Ral moment like two Liliana or is Ral replaced with Ral? Izzet Ral would be fascinated by these alternate versions showing up until he learns it is Jace's fault then he would be pissed
i bet this shit sounds magical if you're fucking stupid
A painting of a new Fyndhorn Elves Magic: The Gathering card. Two elves, a dark skinned woman in green robes and pale skinned male in green armor, are performing a magic spell in a forest. Vines that blossom with flowers spiral in towards the elves' hands as they cast their spell.
The same illustration as previous, but as a textless Magic: the Gathering Card, with a border labeling it as Fyndhorn Elves.
I had the honor of painting the 2026 Commandfest Promo version of the Fyndhorn Elves card! I will be at Commandfest in Tacoma, WA in July if you want yours signed! :) (and tentatively one other location but I'm waiting for official confirmation).

Dark academia painting of a young blonde woman wearing satin robes in black, silver and gold colors creating and manipulating a field of arcane energy with her hands while standing on an ornate balcony overlooking a victorian inspired fantasy city at night. Description is my own sorry if I got any of the world building stuff wrong
Cover art I painted for Strixhaven: Omens of Chaos
Was very excited today at my LGS as I found a really good Flying Men that I somehow completely missed for my Sita Varma deck! So nice little upgrade there!
Those are so freakin' cool!!
Mysterio Tsons sounds glorious!! π²
Snowy base will look cool, nice juxtaposition to the oily mechanical elements.
Finding forgeworld colour schemes can be hard, I was trying to find the look for Forgeworld Mezoa for a Kill Team because I liked their Heresy lore but could not find colour scheme
Do you have a specific Forge World you want to base them on if you did Dark Admech? Thousand Sons blue would look nice on forgefiends
We are less than a month away from Strixhaven: Omens of Chaos! Visit the official website and you can take a quiz to learn which character you most relate to!

βUnfortunately for all of you, your Reality is about to be Fractured,β said White Liliana as Orzhov Ral Zarek sexily stood next to her. Loot fell to his knees, despondent. What could he do? Nobody in the multiverse could face this threatβ¦ βPerhaps I could be of assistance?β a voice said. When Loot turned around, there stood Captain James T. Kirk of the Starship Enterprise. There was a brief pause so everyone in the audience could applaud.
Now I regret not having soup to eat!
This image shows a proud looking professor with silver hair and a goatee. The image says "Secrets of Strixhaven- Off The Record."
Jilesa, an eager young reporter for the Strixhaven Star, must interview Professor Zarek for a tedious puff piece. But when he asks her to help him with a secret project, she'll have to decide if she's willing to risk her life in search of a scoop.

Won a blind pull of cards at my LGS today and I am obsessed with this guy
To commemorate International Women's Day I interviewed some great women from the Mexican community. Even if you don't speak Spanish I highly recommend looking at their pics to get to know them better!
Today we have Eva, an LGS owner and cosplayer

a screenshot of the music video Planet of the Bass, it has a man in a white outfit and angel wings, a woman in a robe and a crown, the caption reads "Women are my favorite guy"

Happy International Women's Day! We are posting our favourite women commanders!
For me I believe I have a three way tie in three of my decks with Goblin Rabblemaster, Legion Warboss and Howlsquad Heavy!
Finally with the appearance of omenpaths after the Phyrexian Invasion the Fomori colony ship was discovered and mistaken as a vault to be cracked. Inside the Fomori "vault" we see all the tools necessary for colonization, as well as the remains of the Oltec and the heir to the empire in stasis.
With the fall of the Fomori empire the Makindi lost their otherworldly support and slowly their empire collapsed, the last skyclave in Sejiri ironically being destroyed by the arrival of Emrakul on the plane.
They initially ask the Oltec for refuge but soon make attempts at colonization, likely to rebuild their fallen empire. After years of conflict the Oltec were able to expel the invaders, possibly infiltrating the main colony ship and sending it to a barren plane where it laid dormant
