This is easier to notice when reading about French critiques at the time of the revolution (specifically addressing Jefferson) and how the Americans reacted to the Haitian revolution. Those who took charge of the US revolution aped the language of liberation while never intending it for non-whites.
I'd say no. Besides the obvious slavery, the goals of the revolution were never to liberate the continent. It was to break treaties for westward expansion and to create a white ethnostate. It's why many early abolitionists were white supremacists trying to send black people back to Africa.
