True. I was kinda scammed because I payed for the api before R1, mainly because the model had a promotion discount, but then after R1 I wasn’t able to use it anymore for server issues and the discount expired. And of course my credit it’s still there with no chance to have it back

The other day, I sat down to plan my next big project. After an hour of overthinking, I realized I hadn’t actually done anything.

So, I grabbed a coffee and just started typing.
At least now I've a post...and after all, this is also part of another big project 🗽

Spent 3 hours today trying to self-host an email server instead of using Resend o Mailgun.
Thought it'd be straightforward… but it's not.

We’ve AI movies and chips in our brains, yet setting up a simple, hassle-free email server is still a struggle. How does that make sense?

Here we go again, new week and new podcasting session 🎙️

Making videos sounds easy, doesn't it? You turn on the camera, talk, edit a little and go. WRONG.
The story of my last YT video was A total mess.

• Wrong mic
• Wrong camera angle
• Light died midway
• 2 hrs recording for 15 min
• 10 hrs editing to fix the unfixable

But at least it’s out

I used to think life moved in straight lines—study hard, get the job, follow the plan. Turns out it's more like jazz: unpredictable, messy, sometimes offbeat, but damn, when it flows, it flows 🎷

Now? I trust the rhythm more than the roadmap. And honestly, life’s way more interesting that way

I’ve been obsessed with self-help content, but sometimes it feels like I’m just collecting motivational quotes instead of taking action.
It’s like hoarding inspiration without ever using it.
Time to change that! 📚💡

I’ve learned that waiting for inspiration is like waiting for a bus that never comes.
Instead, I just take a step, even if it’s tiny. Sometimes, that’s all it takes to get the wheels spinning

1. Deep focus for 4 hours in the morning.
2. Another 4h in the afternoon.
3. And a final 4h in the evening.

That’s it! So simple, so effective, and totally won’t make you question your life choices 🙃
