Not really. HTMX is a slow, deliberate mover, they released 2.0, no big changes. I did do some soul searching, and came to the realization I still like what Wicket solved in 2004-2014 era: managing state, but that might be a skill issue on my side

I've been advocating HTMX for a while, it is great. And it made me appreciate why we built Wicket in the first place. Collecting the right state to send across the wire is a pita, which Wicket solved marvelously.
