#RunTip - I’ve been a lifelong supinator. During winter treadmill I discovered that 30-90sec of pronation training (weight on inside edge of feet and pushing outward) at a brisk walking pace during cooldown is very beneficial. Heel strike is improving (closer to centerline) 👍
