ISSUE RESOLVED: Panopto identified the issue that caused the service disruption. The source of the outage has been mitigated and the site is reported as available for all users now. The vendor is monitoring performance metrics to ensure the issue remains resolved.

The issue with third-party tools in Minerva not loading was caused by global internet issues. Our supplier for Minerva reports we were affected from 8:10AM - 10:25AM.
