Are you absolutely positive that's not a TARDIS?
Are you absolutely positive that's not a TARDIS?
Sounds like something you'd read in FATAL ๐
The reference must be an impostor, there's no nose tube! ๐ง
Sounds like it's time to pick up the brush. "I didn't choose the hobby life, the algorithm chose it for me"
It is he, Cato Sicarius! Looks brilliant, great job.
They all look absolutely fantastic, great job.
PLEASE give me 40k Blood Bowl, GW.
I think you may be a Peep Show character ๐
Monk on the turntables? Where's that mini from?
That Ogor's a damn genius! He can spell FOUR letter words!
Staring directly into my soul with the severity of my 5th grade teacher.
That beer's making me nervous, so close to the minis and all ๐ How many points was that? Looks like a freakin' Armageddon table
The OSL from that sword is sick!
That canon is so cool, which kit is it from?
Good lord what a daunting model to paint
I've never seen that trader before, where's it from?
Penitent One? Drillhead? Upside-down ice-cream cone? All of the above simultaneously, I choose to believe.
Thought that was Be'lakor for a sec there, with the black wings ๐
The tentacle cape (tentacape?) is brilliant
The scroll on the inside of the cape is genius, and the back of it has incredible decal work, love it
The first is medieval fantasy, the second is sci-fi. The first also got cancelled and rebooted as Age of Sigmar, but then revived so it's now sold along its successor. Fantasy and 40k were previously closely linked, but drifted apart and are no longer canonically the same universe.
That'd be too easy! The first three are just there to lull you into a false sense of security. Then the side story floodgates open.
There's a reading order chart that guides you through the main books if you're interested! It's not up to date with the latest stuff, but AFAIK it's relatively linear from then on.
Still daunting ๐
I spy with my little eye a 2nd edition Carnifex ๐
My personal recipe is diluted PVA, then the technical paint. The less dilute, the larger the cracks, though obviously the thickness of the technical layer also has a big impact on the final texture. If the PVA and technical layers ratios are good, the flecks adhere quite well to the base, too!
Is that an Anvil Industries krieger?
Currently a happy celebrating stick bug. ๐
GW are known to send you a full replacement sprue if you get in touch with customer service ๐
I think the components being in weird orders is for space optimization, but I'd really like the numbers to be sequential so I know where to look ๐ญ
What a cosy setting.
