I could be wrong, but I very much doubt that Leibnizians have any such advantage over Spinozists on the job market.
Thereβs a Spinoza circle in the UK and nothing equivalent for Leibniz. However, I would guess that thereβs probably about the same number of Spinoza and Leibniz scholars
