We’re also grateful for our veterinary partners at the Houston Zoo, who work alongside our rehab manager to develop individualized treatment plans for every turtle that comes through our doors.
Additionally, thank you to the Mid-Coast Sea Turtle Rescue for helping us transport one of the sea turtles that came up in East Matagorda, our southernmost zone. Because of everyone’s quick action, our permitted team was able to rescue and transport both turtles to our hospital for care.
