Can't go wrong with the classics! Honestly the 3.0 gramps looks pretty modernized in a good way! The color seperation is fantastic, and it gives him a nice modern update while still keeping that classic design

I'm actually working on the Gundam Base Limited version of this kit and....honestly, it's mostly fine so far. The foil stickers are ass, and the waist is a bit less secure than I'd like, but otherwise, I've really enjoyed this one so far.

Man Zeong looks gorgeous in clear parts!

They definitely scared me too, but following a video guide for visual aid made it a lot less daunting.

Definitely agree with you. -Especially- for a series that is highly focused on online battles and trading. Even the oldest games in the series were all about connectivity with other players. To not have added online in the modern day is just....such a lazy oversight.

Home support isn't really a selling point for me, since I do have LGE (which you should try, it's cute/fun, and I'm not a PG fan), plus GenI is pretty easily obtainable from multiple other home supported games.

I get the appeal for some folks, but for me, I'd rather have online support.

This version really needed to have a reason to make it worth spending money on it instead of just continuing using emulators. With no online, it's basically just paying $20 for the same emulation we've done for the last 20 years.

It's definitely dated, but it's still a lot of fun to build, and still looks great imo.

You should try the MG! It's a similar vibe, but larger scale, better color separation and it comes with a 1/100 cow!

Same with mine. It's been Gundam/Gunpla, mini figs, pets and Final Fantasy. But the last month or so, a bunch of furry content despite not interacting at all with that content has suddenly started popping up.

Funny enough this kit also made me a fan of the MGSD line! Definitely want to do some more of them! Can't wait for the new on to come out. I'm so excited for MGSD Kshatriya!
