So our basement flooded w hazardous, sewage that destroyed nearly all our belongings in that room + basement. Our insurance does not cover what was lost. We had to evacuate w/ our animals bc it’s confirmed biohazard by a remediation company “category 3”

pro tip: cut some hokkaido pumpkin into cubes. mix miso, butter and a bit of sugar. microwave the mixture and toss it all together. then pan fry everything
