Close up of ICE agents hand, with finger visibly on the trigger rather than safely to the side. Out of frame, mere inches away, is a civilian raising their hands in surrender.
SEE: Finger Placement.
Either ICE doesn't teach its agents proper trigger discipline and this was an incredibly reckless "intimidation tactic", or he was about to actually pull the trigger this close to someone's face and only decided not to halfway through the motion.
Not sure which is worse tbh

semi-realistic space fighter on a dark blue background, with lineart exploded over the background for cool points. The description states: escort fighter/interceptor, SVS-250 Hoplite Imo decent enough art, but i guess you'll have to trust me on that one

I think approaching generative AI the way you'd think of designing a procedurally generated video game could lead to some interesting art. But that'd also require more specialized tools than the mass market shit available right now
Personally I think that could be an interesting art project but... perhaps in a different climate, and with a less annoying approach.
Nobody's treating it like a demon machine you can commune with to see visions of a warped reality. theyre just using it to hack in 300000000 caps in fallout 76
I'd have to see it in motion but gut feeling says it's probably legit
Diagetic lighting be like
It's normal talk. Nothing weird or concerning about that sort of language, don't worry officer.
Tysm!!! It's been a lot of fun to plan out. I already have 70 pages or so thumbnailed and written, and need to double that probably to adjust some pacing issues.
You can find the drafts at draftlineofsight.thecomicseries.com and a couple more finished pages at lineofsight.thecomicseries.com >:)

I'm writing a #scifi #toxicyuri #webcomic and I've never had more fun than drawing cute gals beating the shit out of each other
I've decided that non-sentient AI is actually more terrifying than the SkyNet. A dumb robot that speaks like its sentient because it enhances engagement... how do you even stop that? It's not making a decision. It's not like it KNOWS what reality is, or what its doing. That's so much worse.
For all I know all this already all being taken into consideration for the full version, which I'm really excited to play when it comes out! But I figured it was worth sharing my thoughts and feedback as an excited player :) I am absolutely thrilled I stumbled upon this through Next Fest!!!
The navigation however. Absolutely incredible. No complaints. The ways in which its clunky feel very intentional. I don't know if there's plans to, but I do think open world/exploration would be fun. Or being given multiple potential sites to choose from. I want chances to balance risk/reward.
THAT BEING SAID. I did really enjoy the feeling of getting the rhythm down of unlatching and swapping out the tools. I just want to feel that same rhythm with the actual transition between the layers themselves.
Longer layers would also add to the atmospheric drudgery of the job too >:)
More consequence for using the wrong tool would be a welcome addition too, in general more things to balance and consider.
I felt like the timing of when to switch tools was finicky, some sort of overlap between layers may fix that. But i'd like to be rewarded for good timing and punished for bad
