Love train travelling, but not the via experience. Last trip to Toronto was three hours late for the return trip. That means the trip from Toronto to Kingston took almost six hours. I don’t need that much extra time on the train, tbh.

In North America, I do title and last name if I sense they rank higher and/or they somehow seem „the type,“ first name and last name if we should be using first-names but we have never met and this is a first-contact, first name and „if I may“ if I sense I should be the one offering
