Where is the EU? It needs to rein Hungary in.

What would be surprising was if the Russians weren't sharing intelligence with Iran.

Uninformed people are now surprised that Russia share targeting intel with Iran.

That Europe has let itself be taken hostage by Hungary is a disgrace beyond the imaginable. So much for all the talk about strategic independence.

The U.S. denies Ukraine the arms to hit Russian launchers and arms factories.
Ukraine, a country struggling for its survival, develops its own countermeasures.
The U.S. government mocks Ukraine.
The U.S. goes to war unprepared.
Ukraine comes to rescue the U.S. without mockery or demands.

I wonder how much time it will take Russia to consider it beneficial to supply Iran with missiles to tie up western powers in the Middle East. Now that Russia's winter air campaign against Ukraine is over there is capacity to spare.

The military escalation around Iran and the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz have once again triggered a sharp surge in global energy prices. About 20% of the world’s oil and up to 30% of liquefied natural gas supplies pass through this narrow maritime corridor,

A major Ukrainian strike on Russia and it's not getting any attention. We are getting used to Ukraine hammering Russia now but this is only the beginning.

Euroleftists have had a hard few years. One by one their old friends are gone. Death, prison, exiled.
Now they are up for another disaster when the chief sponsor of the islamic terror glorification movement is about to go down.

The Russia effect. So many people will have their world view crushed if the Iranian regime falls, and rather a few will also lose their income. That's why they have a hard time accepting that their patron will ever lose.

As often before some people refuse to give a suffering people any agency. Ukrainians were often overlooked as agents of change, now it's the Iranians. Maybe we should factor in the Iranian people when making forecasts for the nations future?

From the Ukrainian perspective, this would seem to be a win.

Obviously regime change in Iran would be great news for Ukraine. Iran has supplied drones and grenades to Russia. Now there might be a chance for Ukraine to get hold of those supplies instead.

Trump is cuddling with Putin while taking out Russia's allies. Iran has been important for Russia's war against Ukraine.

Prokopenko and Azov took so much shit in western media over the years. He is a patriot and as far as I know he never argued for the enslavement of other people. Navalny on the other hand was loved and cheered by western media despite being a chauvinist and a defender of aggression.

General at 34. Not bad. But then again Denys Prokopenko might be one of the coolest guys around. In the service since age 22, defender of Mariupol, taken prisoner, released, and then straight back to the front. A new breed of Ukrainian leaders, a role model.

I want to file a law suit against Russia for loss of income, trauma etc. How do I go about it? Must be some group of people working on it. Should be many millions of people with claims.

I am pleased to see that more and more European leaders talk about a Ukrainian victory as essential for peace in Europe.

It will be interesting to see how many countries, companies and people there are who will buy into a Ukrainian victory now that the trajectory is starting to change. Once it becomes clear Ukraine will win everybody will want to belong to the winning camp, passive Ukrainians included.

A small amount of rednecks in the U.S. got Trump elected and he took the free world as hostage. A small amount of rednecks in Hungary got Orban elected and he took the EU hostage. Some election and decision making systems should really be reformed.

But I shall also add that the corruption and lack of patriotism is to a large part what the war is all about. Russian poison has had an enormous impact on Ukraine but not enough to bring it down. After victory Ukrainian soldiers will have time on their hands to deal with the traitors.
