Maine is lost if Mills loses the primary to that Blackwater Nazi, but I'm still worried about holding MI & GA's Senate seats & the state-level statewide races in the battleground states AZ, PA, MI, NV & WI where the elections determine who will supervise the 2028 election in those states.
1 is a progressive & 1 is a moderate in a state that favors moderates.
Both their incumbent senators & their governor are moderates & Stevens polls better against Rogers than McMorrow.
I'd rather go with the moderate than the progressive in any race that has the potential to be a tossup & now it's:
I'd have more confidence if the electorate was smarter/more pragmatic.
MI's still a battleground state that Trump won 2X where the last Senate race was decided by 0.3%.
2018 was a wave election, but Democrats still lost 4 Senate seats & 3 blue state gubernatorial elections by double digit margins.
It should be obvious based on the House elections.
Before 2016, Democrats only cracked 200 1X since 2009.
After the 2018 midterms, nearly 20 districts that were safe R/lean R are now either safe D/lean D & despite gerrymandering, the last 3 Congresses were:

119-220-215 R
One thing that doesn’t get enough attention from the political press is the number of people in this country who are still conservative and who used to be staunch Republican voters - just a decade ago - but who now vote for and cheer on the Democrats to beat their old party.
Just under 90% of Black voters in 2020 & 2024 were behind Biden & Harris. No other demographic group had such strong support for either party.
1.5 million more Black people voted in 2024 than in 2020 while 3 million less people voted.
Black voters did their job, unlike white voters.

The path to a Senate majority is narrow & relies on flipping 1 blue state, 1 battleground state & 2+ red states while holding seats in GA, MI, NH & MN.
Who the candidates are makes all the difference & although most are already decided, ME, MI & MN have competitive primaries.

There isn't 1 state that had a different outcome than 2020 because of Black voters.
In both 2020 & 2024, just under 90% voted Democrat & while turnout was lower overall, Black voter turnout increased by 1.5M.
If white people can't think for themselves, it isn't on Black people.
Numbers don't lie.
Roughly 3 million more voted in 2020, but Black voter turnout was higher in 2024 by roughly 1.5 million & 85-90% voted for Harris.
≈90% of Black people voted for Harris & nearly 60% of white people voted for Trump.
Muslim voters & Latino males also went for Trump
19M Black people voted in 2020 & 20.5M voted in 2024.
This isn't on Black people; our turnout was higher than other groups & no other group had 90% support for Harris.
