Insomnia has been my constant companion these last three nights since I had to stop taking almost everything in prep for a colonoscopy next week.
I think I've gotten an average of 3 hours of broken-up sleep each night.

So TLDR
Biological females can get tendon cramping as we age. It's horrid and painful and modern medicine has no cure. (cause female only issue)
Solmons Seal will control this chronic issue.

Another two days in the slow cooker and a week of experimentation gave me success. My tincture is strong enough to bring relief!
I bought three pounds of Solomon seal before 🟠🤡 slapped tariffs. Tincture will last forever and I won't be in pain.

I set up a jar and let it sit for the usual six weeks. Tried it for a few days and the cramping came back.
I took my jar and put it in a slow cooker on warm for 2 days, then let it sit an additional 3 weeks; not enough.

But the tincture is pricy for something I'll have to take the rest of my life and I decided to tincture it myself.
I've made tinctures before with alcohol, but I decided to use glycerin this time. Glycerin doesn't extract the botanicals as easily as alcohol does though, so I was nervous.

I bought some tincture and took it, half a dropper full, 3 times daily. And within a few days I wasn't leaping out of bed in pain.

Tendonitis sucks. I had it once. Steroids and braces didn't work. But I found something that did.

There's no real cure and it usually hits me badly when I'm asleep. It's no joke to be woken multiple times at night and have to walk and try to stretch out something which doesn't want to give.
Then I discovered it's a form of tendonitis, only it's chronic.

This past year I've been dealing with tendon cramping, which seems to affect biological women mostly.
It's terrible, like muscle cramping except it's harder to release; usually it's in my lower legs, but I've had it in my arms too.
