An enterprising citizen reporter could make a habit of contacting every warehouse for sale and commercial renting agent in town asking them if it was true they were planning on selling to ICE.
Every single company involved should be publicised, and since concentration camps that murder folk and don't keep the required documentation are illegal (not to mention evil), they should be warned that they will be prosecuted for crimes against humanity.
Mere logistics shouldn't enter into it.
ICE is "extremely unpopular" in the same way that terminal cancer is "extremely unpopular". ICE is a breeding ground for right-wing death squads willing to take out civilians, anyone not politically aligned with the ultra-right fascist party now in government.
That's why they are and ICE are everywhere. We can be all rounded up more easily. Hitler had nothing on trump.
