He was pretty bad defensively on the Nets in 23-24, as any fan who watched him would attest. I think him playing every game+ over the summer in ‘23 resulted in unhealed incumulative micro-injuries. That and or possoble early athletic regression or weight gain impeding his quickness/screen nav.
