Love doesn’t have a beginning. It doesn’t have an end. It just is. You can choose to be it, chase it, try to control it, scorn it. It still exists. Always. Within you and without you, waiting for you to acknowledge the simple truth of it.

You are no less or no more than anything that inspires the feeling of love in you. Those qualities you desire in the thing you love, what it holds and what it lacks, also exist within you.

What if we told you that loving a thing despite what it can’t do for you, or despite unpleasant feelings it may cause for you, was the entire point of you ‘loving’ it in the first place?

Yes, it may feel good and that’s great, but it’s not unconditional love. It is not you expressing your soul truth – the root of who you are – which is loving a thing despite what it may lack. Do you love that thing still when considering what it can’t do for you, what needs it doesn’t meet for you?

To love a thing because of what it does for you or how it makes you feel instead of acknowledging its multi-facets, its complexity, its incongruousness (if you will) – is not love as we want you to understand it. It’s the desire to have a need met and label it as love, when it is not.

This capacity exists within each and every one of you. It is the core of who you are.

When in reality, all your base needs are met through love in its purest state. To love a thing because of all that it is and is not, is love. Some may call this unconditional love, which we would say, is love in its purest form.

"To love and be love is your natural state of being. This love exists without rational thought of ‘why’ a thing is loved. Once rational thought enters the picture, it is no longer ‘love’ in its purest form. It is now viewed through the lens of meeting ‘needs.’

I was blow drying my hair this morning when my Spirit Team started coming through with this message. Apparently, the theme of the day is love. Happy Saturday - may love find you even if you don't yet know where to find it. ❤️

I’m finding it hard to disagree with you.

Apparently, I never read Anna Karenina. I’m reading it now and I’m:

(1) trying to get a handle on Tolstoy’s view of women, and
(2) left wanting to write my own version of it where I don’t strongly dislike the women.

We’ll see if I feel the same way about (2) when I’ve finished it.

Love and light✨

After giving numerous readings over the past year channeling for others and seeing the healing, peace, and happiness it brings, I decided to focus more on this part of myself and to embrace it—to be the authentic Katrina.

This is something I kept private until recently. I wasn’t sure how this gift was meant to fit into my life and if I was prepared for the stigma that can accompany it. I also am skeptical by nature, so maybe you can imagine the personal hell I went through coming to terms with this ‘gift.’
