I’m so excited to start this tour and see all our friends in Detroit, Toledo, Ontario, and the northeast US, but it’s so hard leaving my wife and my cats. I love my job and I’m so so grateful for every opportunity we get, but they’re my family and it’s hard to be away from them.
Tour starts tomorrow, which makes today TOUR-ZO DAY!
I will be sustained for the coming weeks by this large pan of Mexican-inspired tour-zo, which features onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, chipotles, tomatoes, cilantro, lime, cotija, and of course, orzo.

When I got glasses a couple months ago nobody told me that wearing them while drinking would counteract the effects of alcohol on my vision as I had previously understood them.
It took me accidentally drinking 2-70 more beers than I normally would on several occasions for me to make this connection.
