A nice feature about having an emoji in the name of your company...
...most of automated emails arrive with the emoji html encoded and can be binned straight away

Text Replacements
Onboarding new users often requires sending the same links / messages over and over
Having them to hand saves a tonne of time
S/O to all the awesome people I met during the day.
