Rather be in the wild but as long as USA is going to hell I will be right here howling & growling. Unstoic stoic. Humanist, even though humans form crazy societies. Diversity, Equality and Human Rights for ALL-no exceptions.

I mean, Bannon did say they’d be in jail if people kept pulling the Epstein thread….

It's more than worth the effort
The sense of agency, return of independence, escaping the snare of monopolies, grifter governance is empowering.
I sound anti-gov, I'm not-I remember the bounty of competition, small business, innovation. Humans are creators, not flies in a web.
Thanks for the Can Do.

We banned Walmart, Target, Amazon shopping and others in our home over a year ago. Sometimes it is hard to find something you need but we keep looking in alternative places.
You can do this!

2/..yet I wonder if Trump & Co. hubris is going to bring that all crashing down, breaking all. The over-reach could yet free us of monopolies, corruptions.Until then, alternatives in the shadows need be sought, made more visible. Thanks

1/Sigh, remembering the good old days of building your own with much more component independence than is offered now.
I think of all the innovation that is lost in today's monopolies, infrastructures. American's were once great innovators, builders; now we are captives of the privileged few..

2/Tech giants ran outside of laws for decades now, nothing new, all big corps have. My tech teacher warned us they were meeting outside of all international governments and creating their own rules.

Outsiders are the real disruptive innovators, heck yah!

Change is gonna come.

1/Age old story of the masses having to counter the gatekeepers; each generation must go on the heroes journey to usher a greater progress, freedom, equality for the next generation. Prompts human evolution. Millions of years of hard won successes, of course we can.

I ain't playin the corporate welfare game no more-especially after the shutdown, especially with Trump corruptions

I ain't playin no more

The people of NYC are behind Mamdani - they love their city, unlike the billionaires who only love gluttonous wealth; the people of NYC will do what it takes and partner with Mamdani to make things run smoothly. These are New Yorkers, after all, who make things happen despite all odds.

Some Trump voters I see around me don't have much of a capacity to care about others. They care more about being right, going backwards. But your right, Trump is gonna ruin it for everyone. Democrats have to be ready & unified then, for Universal Health. 👍 Cuz this stuff now isn't working !

We are quite distractable, aren't we?

I'm always wondering what's on the dockets when they get all weird like that.

We are all so well trained & domesticated here in the USA

Cripe, it was the longest shutdown ever; as many dems turned for house as senate vote. From hyper-reactive to nothing???

Profit, not care is the main objective. Healthcare is the 5th largest industry in the US, of course it's been torn apart for profit. But how do we get all those grifters in healthcare to give up the game for universal healthcare w/o all those huge profits. No incentive

3/..and yes there are many hard working amazing tireless democratic leaders who truly want the good things for us all, it's just kind of hard right now with the system as it is; and it has let some bad players in who want to keep it that way. What needs to change? How can it be changed? Complicated🤔

2/..planning, work. The income hence power inequity is massive. If imagined, what would recovery look like? What if Flower were to write a novel of upset of modern oppressive powers that would be moving into sustainable equality, what would that look like? Put the pieces together, they're all there

1/Interesting times: small world for global leaders, populated planet, tech revolution, many corruptions; think its getting harder than ever for someone with the strength to break through the network of corruptions-hard work for all of us, not a matter of prayers/hope but sacrifice, vision, risk..

Doesn't matter what people in power think of us, this is how humanity rolls throughout history.

The only thing that matters is what you think of yourself.

You deserve better don't you?
Don't we all?

Fight for it
We are all deserve progress in human rights

Yes, and we can always learn from the troublesome ones, how not to be. When they go low, we go high. Not hard to do with Trump, eh?

I'm going to get a Costco membership
I go to Winco on occasion but it's a distance, which is okay after lessons of deceit during shutdown-Winco does profit sharing
Some of the local grocers feign modesty in adverts while living in multi million dollar homes. Liars.

Because America was founded by hypocritical wealthy white landowning Christian males with fragile egos that couldn't handle real equality and that weakness got built into the culture

What goes up must come down, the pendulum of human rights will swing towards balance

Ya, what's with the crickets, absolutely nothing and all the upset with the Senate vote? Nothing anywhere, not media, pundits, party, podcasters, social media.

Like it never happened. Like gaslighting.

From one extreme to the other - humans don't make sense.
The games they play.

Tonight’s Senate vote on the federal government shutdown should have been a time for strength.

Instead we saw capitulation and a betrayal of working Americans.

The American people need more from their leaders.

That's right, Flower is a voice of reason
They will NEVER give up their power, stranglehold, health wealth 🤣😂😅 ever, why would they? To be good people taking care of others health at the cost of their fortunes? OMG never-really. The Healthcare Overlords love their thrones, their reign

We're screwed

For those paying attention to the government shutdown, I want to remind you that our government is run by the party that's selling us out as fast as it can take orders, and the party that's putting up just enough fight that we think we don't need to do it ourselves.
