Today's the day that #NathanFillion and the other #Serenity crewmembers will make the big #Firefly announcement. I'm tempering my expectations to an animated movie/series set between 'Objects in Space' and 'Serenity, or, and I might actually prefer this, a videogame. Let's wait and see.

So, what's the #Firefly announcement going to be?

I expect today's #Firefly announcement to be underwhelming. I like Firefly and I think it has more potential w/o Whedon, but I also think the cast have moved on to the bigger, better shows: THE ROOKIE, RESIDENT ALIEN, SHERIFF COUNTRY...they dwarf FIREFLY in lifespan alone.
