Her nose is growing into a circular spike, and two similar spikes are growing from her bottom lip.
Her chest and body has put on a large amount of weight, and her chest is forming into a bust-like shaped set of armored plates with a blue heart-shaped recessed portion. Her stomach and waist have also thickened tremendously and are now squished on the ground due to their size and weight.
Her arms have vastly thicken out into two large paddle like flippers. Her shoulders are forming plate like structures that are lined with rhombus shaped spikes. Her hands have also thinking out and her fingernails turned into claws. Each finger and claw tip and melding together to form one single pointed claw and a single claws thumb per hand.
Her legs are now far thicker and two fluffy puffs have grown in, and in the process of growing in, on her knees. Her feet have shifted into large feet with two stubby clawed toes, her original toes growing out big claws and melding together, the first two and last 3 each becoming a single toe with a webbing in between.
A thick tail with a large wide fluke tail fin and two smaller flukes along its bottom edge now grows out of her backside.
The drawing also shows that a one piece swimsuit she was wearing beforehand is now ripped and stretched over her now much larger body.
She is looking down at her transforming body and holding one of her new flippers up to her face to express how how she is and how she is feeling the changes to her body with her flipper.

Cetitan Tf was something I had to a bit about how to depict, but Im pretty happy with the result. This'll be one that I finish up nicer at some point in time, but for now, enjoy! :3 #transformation #TF
