I’m doing a few sets right now for customers.

Upgrading their bikes to electric assist and full disc.

It’s time to dust off the shaming spirit that defeated google glass. If you see some dingus wearing sunglasses with a camera in them, then you are free to make cop jokes at them

Trying to refine a diy version that’s easy for folks to build.

This works pretty well if you have some tools. Not everyone does though

Fantastic! That’s awesome to hear.

Here are some updated photos of the next revision of the safe passing bike flag.

Same components except I used 3/8” fiberglass and it’s way too thick. Not flexible enough.

I’ll be going back to 1/4” because a Jedi’s lightsaber is a defensive weapon.

Please add your comments to the survey, especially about the dangers of painted bike lanes

Painted bike lanes on 2nd are dangerous door-zone lanes used more for double parking, and are not appropriate for a transit hub. OakDOT should follow the bike plan and install protected bike lanes on 3rd

I heard a podcast talking about them

I’m curious because they haven’t really built other bikes yet and it doesn’t look like they’ve had anything in stock in a while

There’s gonna be a lot less time on the road which might help it’d be safer

haha

ya that's right. my average is pretty good on some bikes. as soon as my tires start to get bumpy there is a direct correlation with me getting in touch with my roots (tree roots)

Sure we can agree that innovation is good. Options are good.

What I have a problem with is that this is a tech bro solution to a problem that didnt exist. They had some tech to squeeze in to solve a problem that didnt exist.

I dont think anyone is realistically ditching their car for this

"It's like riding a bike"

OK sure, the thing I fall off the most.

Brought the little scooter to pick up kiddo #1 with kiddo #2 on the back. If apartments had proper e-bike parking I wouldn’t need to use the elevator, but at least it fits.

It is something that used by the wrong hands could cause chaos.

Hopefully people take this idea and run with it
