Last Wednesday, MooCow had her annual cardiology appointment. She had a new specialist, this was her 3rd time in her entire career seeing this condition. MooCow is still stable and we carry on!

Trying to work on more Maho Noir pages this week. I think my goal is to finish the chapter before posting any again... but instead of pivoting to a strip, work on the following chapter as the pages go up.
These never survived in the break room at the art annex building at my college. That slot was always empty within days in the vending machine.

I'm super proud of the work I'm doing now. These last two pages of Maho Noir I've done are very polished. I'm doing work that I'd love to read. I know that's the goal, but I really feel that I've leveled up since the previous chapter's completion.

I posted the first page of chapter three of Maho Noir on my Patreon last night. I'm still very happy with it. I truly believe the art has leveled up immensely from chapter 2 to 3 I did spend multiple days getting the page done, though. I'm looking to do a few more pages before they go on the site.
This made me remember to pay my rent and also be broke.
I don't really have the time to read more stuff :)

I used to adore Project Wonderful for this kind of system. Glad to see someone else is doing this kind of setup again.
I put some ad spots from the Comicad Network on my site mahonoir.com not to make money... but maybe get some cash to then spend on advertising within the system.
I tried to keep them out of the immediate reading experience for folks, but it'd be swell if you turned off ad blockers for the site.
I'm writing so far in advance for Maho Noir... It'll take me years to start drawing things I've written. I love having the ability to edit things that I wrote months ago to where I can reread them and see if they're actually working or I just liked it when I wrote it initially.
We had a rat climb out of a vent in our condo building's utility closet... it died and stunk up the place. Someone left the cover off of some sewage drain out there.

Woke up to my mom calling to wish me happy birthday. At least she didn't do it at the time of my birth as she has most of the time. I got an extra hour or so of sleep that I wouldn't have had.

If I could figure out a place to leave a message where I'd see it, one of these days I'd remember to buy milk.
