I forgot to update that I’ve seen Battle of Gods and I think I actually really like the addition of Beerus and Whis. Still not sure how much I want to watch all of Super, but I thought they were both cool :3

MOTHER 3: The other game that made me cry at the end. Many improvements gameplay-wise over Earthbound, this game is pretty tragic but still has lots of funny bits and it kinda had a lasting impact on me. I strongly recommend this to anyone who has played and enjoyed Earthbound.

Yume Nikki: Exploration games are always really cool to me. Everyone’s journey is truly personalized, and Yume Nikki can make you feel several different emotions depending on where you end up. Some areas are creepy, others are groovy, some are desolate, it’s got everything.

Deltarune: The characters, their goals/motivations, their struggles, and their development really hit home for me. I also absolutely love the chemistry between Ralsei and Susie, and how it’s grown throughout the game. Absolutely lovely game.

Touhou 8: I have never actually engaged with the community of Touhou much at all, but I absolutely love the characters, the music, and Touhou 8 is probably my favorite to play. Bullet hell/Barrage/Danmaku type games are really fun to learn.

Pokemon Emerald: One of the only games that I’ve basically 100% other than like one arbitrary challenge I set for myself, this was my first Pokémon game I received. This game is awesome to play casually, fun to glitch, fun to learn the RNG, and is the game I am the most knowledgeable about.

I Wanna Be The Guy: While the original game is more oriented towards traps and trolls and being generally hard to outsiders, I think I Wanna fangames are awesome and varied! Want hard platforming? They have it! Want barrage/bullet hell? Covered! Want an easy/silly adventure? You’re covered there!

PMD Explorers of Sky: Even if the gameplay wasn’t something I’m used to, the story was really compelling and is one of the rare instances of a game that made me cry at the end.

Stardew: I picked this up when I turned 13, and the world of Stardew provided me so much comfort at a time I was figuring out who I was.
Earthbound: This game has a certain charm (heh, get it?) and humor that resonates with me deeply. Replaying through it and finding new jokes/secrets is really cool

I’ve actually been getting a lot of mileage out of my PokéWalker (pun intended) but right now I’m just waiting on getting some new shoes

Once I acquire some new footwear me and my Suicune will be unstoppable :D
