A woman was kidnapped and her family could not locate her or find out her whereabouts for three WEEKS. There is an expecting mother who is probably going to lose her child because the quality of food is so poor. People are missing the births of their chlldren on the outside.
We need to put to rest any of the lies that ICE is only pursuing criminals. The people doing this important work have yet to encounter a single detainee with a criminal record. It's lies. It is all lies.
They are now sending people on planes with no clothing, no way to communicate, no money, no food. These are people thay have been malnourished and denied proper medical care. To say that the cruelty is the point is putting it lightly. How we've strayed so far as a country is completely beyond me.
ICE is being extremely discrete in Michigan. They are taking lessons from elsewhere abd they don't want attention, which is exactly why I'm posting this. This facility is huge. My friends get dozens of calls per day begging for help. Yesterday the warden stopped accepting items for deportees.
These people are provided nothing. No transportation, no communication, no way to take care of themselves. I know this because of friends I have in the area that are doing their best to assist these people however they can. Hygiene items, basic clothing. Basic survival packs.
The detention facility in Baldwin Michigan is releasing non criminal people with only the items they arrived with. Deportees are put on a plane with only the clothes on their back. Immigrants are being kidnapped from work by nameless, faceless people in unmarked vehicles.
