they understand each other so much more than they think, but despite their self hate, they’re ironically so concerned with themselves they can’t see that. there’s a barrier they can so easily reach to understand each other, but right now, they’re stuck.

the other is also afraid of being alone and feels undeserving to where she feels immense guilt for asking for anything, for inconveniencing anyone with her pain that she hides it as best she can. she is wracked with guilt and anxiety, she barely knows how to speak up and express her feelings.

one girl is so deeply afraid of being alone again after so much loneliness for much of her life, yet also afraid of herself. she believes she’s cursed, undeserving of love and not allowed to feel pain, and clings on too tight until she continues to forget herself for some comfort and security.

the thing with kanamafu is that at the end of the day they’re truly just tragic. not doomed. not toxic. just two girls who have lived tragic lives and haven’t healed from it yet.

one cannot joke around their friends who love to give people gifts….

so far the headcanons i’ve most consistently been told had an impact on someone Realizing something for themselves are my butch kanade headcanon and my ocd kanade headcanon. which only tells me i should keep bein’ too silly with that wet dog of a girl for the foreseeable future.
