With new programs I always ease into lifting heavy, especially with movements and variations I haven’t done in a while so I get the form down. So the goblet squat was a 43 lb kettle bell and I did 85 lbs for the extensions. They both felt fairly easy so I’m sure I’ll go up next week.

I can’t tell which exercise almost sent me to glory, the heel elevated goblet squats for 3x12 or the leg extensions for 3x15 where each rep is held for 3 seconds ? I’ll let yall know when I find out. New workout program is off to a great start! 😮💨
