📢 Publication process update (ACM / TAPS):
In the new ACM workflow, eRights data overrides your source file.
Titles, author names, and affiliations in the final TAPS output are generated from the eRights form, not the PDF/LaTeX source.

A flow chart to decide where to send a submission to CHI PLAY. If your work is an original but incomplete contribution you should consider the Works in Progress or Doctoral Consortium tracks depending on your student status. If you have a reflection or provocation on the field or industry consider the Perspective on Play track. If you have a hands on demo consider the Student Game Design Competition if the work was made entirely by students or the Interactivity track if it is more general. If you want to organize an event like a workshop, panel, or fireside chat consider the Connections track. If none of these apply then you are still welcome to join as an attendee.
📢There are lots of ways to share your work with the #CHIPLAY2025 community. We’ve put together this guide of our Companion Tracks to help decide where best to submit your work: chiplay.acm.org/2025/compani...
You still have time to make a submission! The Companion Track deadline is June 4!
📣 I have an exciting open 4-year PhD position as part of the LudaViz project. The project sits at the intersection of information visualization and video game design to investigate diegetic data representations.
