NSA takes 12 years to send @jasonleopold.bsky.social an UNCLASSIFIED report on how the agency is (or, more accurately, isn't) addressing overclassification. 😬
The report doesn't quantify how much is overclassified, but a former director once quipped that a merry christmas email was top secret.
This very innocuous video—where we merely cite a court transcript that highlighted a controversial position taken by the Trump DOJ—was flagged by TikTok for "violating community standards."
The Seventh Circuit has apparently decided it’s in the business of correcting “injustices” no one asked it to correct.
The one it chose to start with? An already dismissed order restraining violent immigration agents from assaulting journalists.

Judges are beginning to threaten contempt proceedings against Trump lawyers for flouting the law — But it's also high time they face consequences from disciplinary offices for their attacks on the First Amendment.

The reporting should include acknowledgment and explanation of how censorship impacts what the public sees and reads.
