Sure, that's a possible route. I would do it as Myriad suggested and probably start with AMD Ryzen7 9800X3D + MSI MAG Tomahawk Max + NVIDIA 5070 Ti (if you can still find them).

Especially since Intel can usually only shine if you have really fast RAM, and when you look at the current prices, you can be happy to get affordable RAM at all.
Specific recommendations for CPU + GPU + motherboard depend heavily on your budget.

I disagree with the content creator in the video. It may be that single-core performance is important at times when developing with Unity, but in general it is not. Blender, if you include the CPU in the calculation, is multithreaded, and so is Unreal.

Is it possible that since Unreal Engine 5.7, you can no longer create C++ projects using the wizard? I only have Blueprint to choose from and am wondering if it's just me or my Linux, or if it's a general change. In 5.6.1, I have both options to choose from.

For me, this means that an evening event can be so exhausting that I can't go to the office the next day. Visiting a conference can have an even longer lasting effect. It's not that I don't like others; I usually enjoy meeting them and having conversations, but it just takes a lot of energy.
