I totally understand the impulse to point to elite illegality but Rob lays out why that isn't as effective as it feels like it is/should be.

Students being able to receive the supports that will help them be successful is a good thing. The problem isn’t students gaming the system. The problem is a system that requires them to be labeled as having a disability to receive that support.
