There should be a tea shop called Mister Tea. It could be next to a gas station called I Pity The Fuel

There should be a tea shop called Mister Tea. It could be next to a gas station called I Pity The Fuel
A glenairn with a pour of Laphroaig 10 cask strength batch 007 whisky in front of a window with snow in the yard
Got a bottle of Laphroaig CS batch 7 and have been trying it side by side with other batches. I've been wanting to taste this one based on the reviews
It's very good! For me it's not quite up there with my two favorite batches, 11 and 12, but is probably on my next tier down like the 16 and 17
Paco and Larry seemed annoyed that I had Trump's press conference on earlier so I turned it off out of respect for them. They have good taste and hate the sound of his voice
Since the tariffs were paid by the American people so that billionaires could have their taxes cut again, the correct way to fix this is to redistribute the wealth of the billionaires to the rest of the country
I wouldn't try to stop you, that's highly accurate
I agree with that 100%. In a better society the upsides would be more promising, but the downsides in our current capitalist techno idiot-oligarchy could be horrific
I'm saying I don't think AI is the useless ineffective scam that a lot of my fellow blueskiers do. As my post said "watch out"
Crypto might be further off, but I can imagine a more effective payment system than giving 3% of every retail transaction to Visa. Power usage is an issue now, but with developing tech and quantum computing I can imagine blockchains becoming very useful
AI is just starting. At my work people use it to write decent first drafts of contracts and RFPs in a fraction of the time. Its able to detect early tumors in CT scans way better than humans. In both cases the human is still needed but the work is more accurate and more is accomplished by one person
I've been thinking this for awhile. I love my fellow lefties but there are some real reactionary attitudes towards AI and also crypto
Just because a lot of AI hype and implementation is BS and a lot of crypto scams are BS.... It's not all BS. There are effective uses for these things so look out
Location?
I once had a job dealing with court documents. Many times I saw cops sound totally full of crap saying what they did was "based on my training and experience."
Seeing that common cop legal BS language here on an attempt to steal elections is even more annoying and insulting
Our orange tabby cat Paco sits on his grey heating pad with his grey tabby brother Larry behind him
Paco lost a quarter of a pound after cutting back a bit after our vet said he was growing too wide too fast. He just celebrated with an extra snack
One of the things about the epstein emails that I dont understand is that our government bothered to print and then turn around and scan to pdf all of these. There's a quicker way to save documents actually
That number isn't even close to being correct
I was just wondering earlier how long it would be before they really try to shut Bluesky down
Except that's a scam publication reporting on a subreddit that is itself satire. It's pure garbage and you should delete it instead of spreading it
This seems to be fake. Let's be careful and fact check before we share
This appears to be fake, let's be careful folks
Paco, the orange tabby. His name refers to an orangish reddish color in as Spanish, and also is a nod to our Mexican family members
I can't believe how much I love this guy. Seems like the coolest cat I've ever known
J.D. Vance tweeting on September 4th 2021: Remember when we learned that our wealthiest and most powerful people were connected to a guy who ran a literal child sex trafficking ring? And then that guy died mysteriously in a jail? And now we just don't talk about it.
This is my favorite encapsulation of all of it
It was cool that you voted to rescind the previous DHS funding, but also very sad that voted to fund Trump's budget without holding the line on ACA subsidies which I thought was the whole point of the last shutdown but suddenly everyone has amnesia about it. Those prices are going to kill people
Would they really target a swing state?
I kept scrolling on the Fox News website and finally just used the search option to look for the word Epstein. Somehow it's not even on their front page right now
Just got an email from the lady who ran an Indian food delivery service in my town during the covid lockdown. She is starting up again! This is the best news I've had in awhile
It's probably good that she only operates for a couple meals per week so I don't overdo it
If a fair amount of tickets do somehow sell, I'd like to see reporting done from people going to theaters to confirm whether anyone actually attended
Bruce Springsteen with a song today, Neil Young with one recently.... Your move Bob Dylan
Two worms apparently having sex, connected and overlapping on one end, with their other ends going down holes just off camera. They were surprisingly stretched out, except where their bodies connect
I've never told anyone this before but I trust you guys. I once watched two worms have sex
Deletion of these databases should be another non-negotiable before any funding vote, @cantwell.senate.gov and @murray.senate.gov
Hmm yeah, the paid thing would be a bummer. I already just started paying for proton mail to get myself out of Gmail
I still usually use Google for searches too, but have been trying to find ways around them
I've been using startpage for private searches, but I'd love to know of something better if you have one
