BlueSky’s starter packs show that the best features aren’t always the most complexβ€”they’re the ones that solve big user problems with simplicity and elegance.

What’s more accurate to estimate my daily total caloric expenditure: a DEXA scan of my Apple Watch?

I have the latter and a did the former recently but the numbers are wildly different.

My Apple Watch gives me a total daily caloric expenditure of ~3,000kcal/day.

The DEXA scan 2.6k at best.

Another way to phrase it is: if our bodies could tolerate, without side effects, elevated levels of these peptides it would ALREADY produce them in high quantities given the benefits on insulin level, etc.

This is what people on GLP-1 drugs don’t get: mimicking natural peptides means side effectsβ€”our bodies aren’t built for sustained artificial levels.

Our infrastructure processes ~3B background jobs (that's 1K/second!) and ~600M web requests per month with 99.99% uptime in the last 6 months.

This would have not been possible without @bilal.dev

I don't know but back in the days it was "sprints" of 1-5 days on a single project to get to the next milestone (a new feature, a marketing campaign, etc)
