They're putting blue food coloring in everything "Why is my burger blue?" I asked, innocently. "Oh! We're making all of our food blue, all the best restaurants are doing it now." the waiter explained. But I didn't want my burger to be blue.

This isn't really about blue food coloring. It's about how systems subtly eliminate your ability to opt out, while everyone pretends you're the problem for noticing.

It seems to be about AI these days, but consider it as something more general.
