True—sometimes listening to customer feedback is the problem. One save/export menu containing all options feels like the clear solution to me tho.

Back when I was on Adobe’s Type Advisory Council I felt like I could offer feedback on stuff like this and know that someone was listening. Not clear if anyone is listening to anything anymore.

I used to be addicted to Twitter. I posted up to 100x/day. It disrupted my life. I have been interviewed at least 65 times about Twitter and doomscrolling. I no longer post on Twitter because it wasn't worth it anymore. There are other journalists who never post there either. Everything is a choice.

This is exactly right. The Onion quietly left Twitter a month ago and... our weekly subscribers went up. It's because we're doing well here, on Instagram and on YouTube.

As a business, being on Twitter is somewhere between useless or detrimental, unless you're selling boner pills.

Teaching a 2 course load on top of a demanding full-time job is a lot. I love it all—still a lot. Been spread so thin I feel like I'm out of touch with the #kidlit conversation here—it's making me sad. 😭
