When I was 6yo, my dad was the band director at Central Connecticut State University. Clemson was #5 in the NCAA tournament, in the Hartford regional with #1 UConn. The Clemson pep band didn't make the trip, and had the CCSU pep band fill in, so my dad was courtside with the band all Clemson-clad.
