When Trump imposed his illegal tariffs and raised costs for families across Minnesota, I sued him and won at the Supreme Court.

Yet again, I have no choice but to take him to court to uphold the rule of law and protect Minnesotans’ pocketbooks from the damage his tariffs will cause.

On behalf of the people of Minnesota, we are holding them to account for that callous behavior. Today’s settlement forces the company to significantly change their internal policies to protect the people of Minnesota and imposes a substantial financial penalty on them.

I sued Fleet Farm after they endangered Minnesotans by ignoring clear warning signs and selling guns to straw buyers. The warning signs that Fleet Farm ignored were so clear that Fleet Farm went on to use those sales as examples of obvious red flags in internal trainings.

When a lawsuit was filed challenging Minnesota’s ban on captive audience meetings, we got to work defending this pro-worker law. The Court of Appeals dismissed the lawsuit and today, the Supreme Court left that dismissal in place. This is a great day for Minnesota workers.

Earlier today, I testified in the Minnesota Senate Judiciary Committee about the effects of Operation Metro Surge on Minnesotans and our work to fight fraud.

It is welcome news that the Supreme Court struck down Trump’s unlawful tariffs.

Today’s ruling vindicates the work my fellow attorneys general and I have been doing to rein in this lawless president and stand up for Minnesotan's rights, freedoms, and pocketbooks.

I’m pleased to have won a temporary stop to Trump's unlawful attempt to slash millions in public health funding to Minnesota.

As long as his campaign of revenge and retribution goes on, I will do everything in my power to protect Minnesotans from his lawless actions.
