It's a different city now to when I lived there. The earthquakes in 2011/2012 destroyed a lot of the city.
Make sure you try a Cookietime cookie, find a good fish 'n chip place and enjoy a cheese and steak pie.
If you're looking for some good views, head up to Queen Victoria park on the Port Hills.
Hope you're enjoying my home city.

Demolished Concourse A in Nashville.
The old Concourse A at BNA is official in the history books. The new Concourse, due to be completed by July of 2028 will be a 16 gate facility and will hopefully have some additional lounge space (looking at you, United). Post completion, Nashville will have 70 gates. #nashville #avgeek
BNA, between concourses C and D.
100% agree.
A view of a pair of 757-200s from the Concourse A Skyclub (next to PF Chang's).
Just landed in Atlanta from Ft Lauderdale. A couple of hours in the Skyclub and then heading home to Nashville. This club overlooks the B concourse. A couple of 757-200s and a 717 tail to the right. #avgeek

Yeah, really sorry to hear that. That has happened to me multiple times in the last few months attempting to fly out of your other favourite airport, MIA. Once the storms roll in, it's game over.
I flew out of MCO last Thursday, so I feel your pain.

Yep, it is what it is. At least I'm at the largest hub. Hopefully they can dig up a spare aircraft.
The captain just reported his side of the windshield cracked passing through FL210, so we're currently heading back to ATL.

Gate 74 in MCO featuring a 757-200.
Just boarded in Orlando and heading home via Atlanta. The good news is I'll be home before the snow and ice start. The bad news is the forecast for ice keeps increasing.

Probably related to the delays in redesign and the enhanced maintenance requirements - mrobusinesstoday.com/boeing-and-p...
Is this only 772 related, or are they talking about all PW4000 variants available on other types still flying like the 767 and A330ceo et al?
