Im still lost at where i was disrespectful to her.

My post was about the people in her banner.

Im not dragging her through the muck. Im dragging the people in her banner through the much. In her ignorance, she has co-signed the behavior of some of the worst people in this space.

I dont care where i work, its not my job to like and be nice to CEO's.

I've never told anyone to not buy an Xbox game.

But also, the new CEO is a Satya appointed person. So if you think Xbox is completely deperate from Satya's decisions, then i have a bridge to sell ya. Also, Xbox as a brand is a mess, so pardon me for calling a spade a spade.

I guess denouncing them because of her banner is unfair.

But I could probably denounce most of them for several other reasons. I won't name names, but there are some absolutely weirdos on that list that have been incredibly malicious to me and my co-workers, over Xbox bullshit lol.

I think the origin of the banner is somewhat irrelevant to my original post anyways.

Xbox just is kinda weird with their fans. And in turn, it causes their fans to be a bit unhinged. It's more of the weird parasocial relationship she will cultivate as having that as her banner. Fanboys are weird.

We've receieved death threats because we gave Starfield a 7. Or forgot to mention that Lies of P was an Xbox Game Pass game.

So no, I have zero issues with being skeptical about the way the new CEO has already cultivated a weird relationship with the people in that banner.

That said, I do believe that Xbox does it's best to cultivate parasocial relationships with it's influencers. And their tweets and videos speak for themselves on how untruthful they can be about the brand. So much so that they attack media regularly when places like IGN report anything bad.
